Driver Standards & Requirements

We keep it simple — here are the requirements that protect you and our customers

 Prohibited Cargo

Hazmat/Biohazards:

Gas, chemicals, explosives, medical equipment.

High-Value Items:

Cash, jewelry, fine art, antiques.

Live & Perishables:

Pets, live animals, frozen food, raw meat.

Illicit Goods:

Firearms, ammunition, illegal substances

 Service Restrictions

Curbside Only:

Drop-offs at curb, lobby, or exterior entrance. No in-home entry.

No Stairs:

Drivers will not carry items up/downstairs (elevators are fine).

No Assembly:

No mounting TVs, building furniture, or removing debris.

No Excessive Waiting:

Drivers will not wait if the customer is not present.

 Vehicle Restrictions

Over 10,000 lbs:

No Box Trucks, Dually Trucks, or heavy-duty vehicles.

1-Ton Limits:

No 1-ton Pickups (e.g., F-350, Ram 3500) or Sprinter 3500/4500 vans.

Prohibited Towing:

No towing trailers where the combined weight exceeds 10,000 lbs. GVWR.
