How Our Service Works (100% Curbside):
Our model is designed for maximum efficiency and safety, which requires your item to be ready for pickup and delivery outside the vehicle.
100% Curbside Service: Drivers will pick up and drop off your item at the curb, driveway, or accessible loading area only.
No Interior Service: For safety and insurance reasons, drivers do not enter residences, climb internal stairs, or perform any installation/assembly work.
Easy Booking: Place your order through the Buy N Go app, meet the driver to verify your item, and track them in real-time.
Transparent Pricing & Service Rules
Pricing Policy: The price you see is the final price. We operate on a flat service fee plus mileage and floor access (if applicable). Vehicle Note: All deliveries are performed using SUVs, Minivans, Cargo vans, or Pickup Trucks.
Service Rates​

Fee Type: Flat Rate Zone Delivery
Description: Includes all driver and vehicle costs for trips up to 7 miles from the pickup location.
Rate: See pricing page for current base rates.

Fee Type: Mileage Surcharge
Description: Applied for every mile traveled beyond the initial 7-mile radius.
Rate: $1.50 per mile (charged on one-way distance).

Fee Type: Elevator / Floor Surcharge
Description: Applied for pickups or drop-offs located above the ground floor (accessible via elevator only).
Rate / Condition: $10.00 per floor. (Strictly no stairs).

Service Exclusions: What Buy N Go Does Not Transport
For safety, insurance, and legal compliance, Buy N Go drivers cannot accept the following items:

1. Prohibited Cargo
Medical & Biohazards
Medical equipment, prescription medications, blood work, or biological specimens.

Hazardous Materials:
Gas cans, industrial chemicals, explosives, or automotive fluids.
​
High-Value Items:
Cash, jewelry, bullion, fine art, or antiques.
​
Live Cargo:
Live animals, livestock, or pets
​
Illicit Goods:
Firearms, ammunition, or illegal substances.
​
Perishables:
Frozen food, raw meat, or items requiring constant refrigeration.

2. Service Limitations (Safety Rules)
For safety and liability reasons, Buy N Go drivers are strictly prohibited from performing the following activities:
No In-Home Entry: Drivers will not enter private residences (living rooms, bedrooms). For apartment deliveries with elevator access, the driver will leave the item at the front door.
No Stairs (Strict Policy): Drivers are not authorized to carry items up or down flights of stairs.

If the location is on an upper floor, there must be a working elevator.

If there is no elevator, the delivery will be completed at the ground-level curb/lobby.
No Haul-Away or Disposal We deliver your new item; we do not remove or dispose of old furniture or debris.
No Installation Drivers do not connect appliances, mount TVs, or assemble furniture.
Actionable Advice: If your location requires stairs to access the front door, please meet the driver at the ground level. Drivers are instructed to refuse deliveries that require stair-carrying to prevent injury and damage.
