How Our Service Works (100% Curbside):
Our model is designed for maximum efficiency, which requires your item to be ready for pickup and delivery outside the vehicle.
100% Curbside Service: Drivers will pick up and drop off your item at the curb, lobby, or accessible entrance only.
No Interior Service: Drivers are not authorized to enter residences, climb internal stairs, or perform any installation/assembly work.
Easy Booking: Place your order through the Buy N Go app, confirm the item details, and track your driver in real-time.​

Policy Note: All services are 100% curbside delivery. Vehicles utilized are strictly restricted to a GVWR of 10,000 lbs or less to maintain low-cost service and broad driver availability

Service Exclusions: What Buy N Go Does Not Transport
For safety, insurance, and legal compliance, Buy N Go drivers will not accept or move the following items or provide the following services.

I. High-Risk and Prohibited Cargo
These items are strictly excluded from our service and insurance coverage:

Prohibited Cargo: Hazardous Materials
Reason for Exclusion: Any item requiring a Hazmat Placard (e.g., large quantities of gasoline, industrial chemicals, explosives, certain automotive fluids).
​
Prohibited Cargo: High-Value Items
Reason for Exclusion: Cash, Negotiable Securities, Jewelry, Gold/Silver Bullion, Fine Art, or Antiques.
​
Prohibited Cargo: Live Cargo
Reason for Exclusion: Live animals, livestock, or pets (Note: assistance animals are subject to a separate policy).
​
Prohibited Cargo: Illicit Goods
Reason for Exclusion: Firearms, ammunition, contraband, or illegal substances.
​
Prohibited Cargo: Spoilage Risk
Reason for Exclusion: Perishable items requiring constant refrigeration (e.g., frozen food, raw meat) unless transported as part of a pre-packaged Market Produce order.

II. Excluded Services (The Curbside Policy)
For safety and liability reasons, Buy N Go drivers are prohibited from performing the following activities:
Prohibited Activity: In-Home/Internal Access
Service Limitation: Drivers will not enter private residences. The driver's responsibility ends at the curb, lobby, or accessible exterior entrance.
Prohibited Activity: Haul-Away/Disposal
Service Limitation: Removing or disposing of old furniture, appliances, packaging, or debris.

Prohibited Activity: Installation/Assembly
Service Limitation: Connecting appliances (water lines, gas, electric), mounting TVs, or assembling furniture.
​
Prohibited Activity: Stair Carry (Internal)
Service Limitation: Moving items up or down internal flights of stairs (Note: External stairs/steps are subject to the $10.00 per flight surcharge).
​
Prohibited Activity: Unlicensed Vehicle Use
Service Limitation: Any vehicle that exceeds our 10,000 lb GVWR limit (e.g., box trucks, 1-ton dually pickups).
​
Actionable Advice:
If your item falls into a prohibited category, your driver is instructed to refuse the pickup or drop-off until the item is brought into compliance.
