Driver & Vehicle Requirements
The Vehicle: SUV, Minivan, Cargo Van, or Pickup Truck (Must be under 10 years old).
The Golden Rule (Weight Limit): Your vehicle MUST have a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of under 10,000 lbs. (No Box Trucks or Dually Trucks allowed).
Documents: Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance (with a commercial/delivery endorsement).
Tech: iOS or Android smartphone with an active data plan, camera, and GPS.
Physical: Ability to safely lift and move bulky items (50+ lbs.) to the curb.
Vehicle Qualification & Application Process
To maintain our efficient delivery model and strict insurance compliance, Buy N Go carefully restricts the size and types of vehicles allowed on our platform.
The Golden Rule: Under 10,000 lbs. GVWR Your vehicle must have a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,000 lbs. or less. You can verify this by checking the white Safety Certification Label located inside your driver-side door jamb.
Important Warning: Non-Refundable Background Check Fee. All drivers are required to pay for their own professional background check. Do not pay for or start this background check until your vehicle has been officially approved by our team. The background check fee is completely non-refundable. If you pay for the check and apply with a disqualified vehicle (such as a Box Truck, Dually Truck, or any vehicle over 10,000 lbs. GVWR), your application will be automatically denied, and your fee will not be refunded.
How to Apply in 3 Steps:
1. Submit Your Photos: Email a clear photo of the outside of your vehicle AND a close-up photo of your door jamb sticker (clearly showing the GVWR) to apply@buyngopickupanddelivery.net
2. Wait for Approval: Hold tight! Wait for our official email confirming that your vehicle is eligible for the platform.
3. Start Your Background Check: Only after receiving your vehicle approval email should you proceed to the Buy N Go app to submit your formal application and pay for your non-refundable background check.

Prohibited Cargo
Hazmat/Biohazards:
Gas, chemicals, explosives, medical equipment.
High-Value Items:
Cash, jewelry, fine art, antiques.
Live & Perishables:
Pets, live animals, frozen food, raw meat.
Illicit Goods:
Firearms, ammunition, illegal substances
Service Restrictions
Curbside Only:
Drop-offs at curb, lobby, or exterior entrance. No in-home entry.
No Stairs:
Drivers will not carry items up/downstairs (elevators are fine).
No Assembly:
No mounting TVs, building furniture, or removing debris.
No Excessive Waiting:
Drivers will not wait if the customer is not present.
Vehicle Restrictions
Over 10,000 lbs:
No Box Trucks, Dually Trucks, or heavy-duty vehicles.
1-Ton Limits:
No 1-ton Pickups (e.g., F-350, Ram 3500) or Sprinter 3500/4500 vans.
Prohibited Towing:
No towing trailers where the combined weight exceeds 10,000 lbs. GVWR.
