Depending on the service you request, items must be fully disconnected, disassembled, and waiting at either the curb or your threshold prior to the driver's arrival. Drivers strictly handle loading from these designated areas based on the service requested.

🛑 What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your request for a full refund before a driver is dispatched. If you cancel your order after a driver is already en route to your pickup location, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total Delivery Fee will be charged to compensate the drivers for their time.
