Buy N Go Pickup and Delivery LLC: Driver Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP) & ‘How-to’ instructions.

Effective Date: April 2026

1. Purpose & Independent Contractor Status

  • To ensure that every Buy N Go delivery is performed safely, professionally, and in

  • accordance with our"Trust & Safety" standards.

  • As the face of the brand, Drivers are expected to maintain high standards of conduct

  • while protecting themselves and the company from liability.

  • Adherence to this policy is required to maintain the Driver's eligibility for the Contractual

  • Liability Cap ($0.60 per pound) and to prevent personal injury.

  • Failure to follow these standards may result in the Driver being held liable for the full

  • value of the damaged item.

2. Vehicle & Insurance Requirements

  • Vehicle Weight: GVWR must be 10,000 lbs. or less. Excludes any vehicle requiring a CDL or with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.

  • Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be clean, free of trash/debris in the cargo area, and mechanically sound.

  • Insurance Standard: Drivers must maintain $100,000 Bodily Injury (Per Person),

  • $300,000 Bodily Injury (Per Accident), and $50,000 Property Damage.

  • Endorsements: A Business Use/Courier Endorsement is mandatory. Buy N Go Pickup & Delivery must be listed as an Interested Party / Certificate Holder so the insurer notifies us if the policy cancels or expires. Buy N Go Operations may verify insurance status via Canopy Connect immediately following an accident.

3. Professionalism, Equipment, & Conduct

  • Appearance: Drivers must identify themselves immediately upon arrival. Closed-toe shoes (boots or sneakers) with a good grip are mandatory; no flip-flops or sandals. A high-visibility vest or shirt is recommended when working in high-traffic areas.

  • Equipment Requirements: Drivers are expected to arrive with the necessary tools for the job tier selected. Ratchet straps (min. 4) and moving blankets/pads are essential. A dolly/hand truck is recommended, but mandatory for Medium/Large/Barrel jobs. Red Safety Flags (Min. 2) are required for any cargo extending past the rear bumper.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Zero tolerance for soliciting cash, Venmo, or CashApp payments from customers. Offering to perform future jobs "off app" for a lower price will result in immediate permanent deactivation. Do not argue with customers, use profanity, or work under the influence.

  • Unapproved Helpers: Only vetted Buy N Go personnel or the account holder may handle the cargo. Do not bring friends, children, or pets to the job site.

4. The "Curbside" Boundary Rule

  • Buy N Go is strictly a Curbside Pickup & Delivery Service.

  • Drivers are PROHIBITED from entering a customer’s private residence, garage, backyard, or business facility beyond the loading dock/lobby. Entering a private
    Residence creates uninsured liability risks.

  • If asked to bring an item inside, drivers must politely decline using the following script: "I apologize, but for insurance and liability reasons, I am strictly prohibited from entering your home. I can place the item safely here at the door or in the garage threshold."

5. The Job Lifecycle: Loading, Transit, & Unloading

Step A: Arrival & Pre-Load Inspection

  • Mark "Arrived" in the app only when you are physically at the location. Verify the item is staged at the Curbside, Garage, or Loading Dock.

  • If the item is inside the house, DO NOT START THE JOB and contact Support immediately.

  • Before touching the item, inspect it for existing damage. Take a wide-angle photo that shows the item AND the background to prove it was already outside.

Step B: Lifting & Loading

  • If the job was dispatched as"Two-Person" or "Team Lift," you MUST have a second person present. Attempting a two-person job solo is a violation of safety standards and grounds for deactivation.

Step C: Securement & Transit

  • Cover furniture/appliances with moving blankets before strapping to prevent strap burning. Use ratchet straps to secure the item to the vehicle’s anchor points. The
item should not be able to move more than 1 inch in any direction.

  • NO cargo may extend more than 4 feet beyond the rear bumper. Any item extending past the rear bumper must be marked with a Red Safety Flag during
    daylight.

  • Damage caused by the load shifting during transit is considered Driver Negligence and will void the liability cap.

Step D: Special Handling & Weather

  • Refrigerators must remain upright to prevent compressor damage. Barrels must be transported in an upright position and secured with cross-strapping.

  • Weather Transit: If using an open-bed pickup, drivers must use waterproof tarps to protect cargo from rain during transit.

  • Weather Drop-Off: If rain is imminent, attempt to place the item under a covered area, or wrap it in plastic if no cover is available.

Step E: Proof of Delivery (POD)

  • Ensure the item is on stable ground at the Curbside. Take a & "Proof of Delivery" photo showing the item safe at the destination.

  • Mark the job as "Complete" in the app immediately. Liability transfers to the customer once this photo is uploaded.

6. Item Mismatch & Cancellation Protocol

We respect your time and fuel. Drivers have the absolute authority to refuse a load if the customer has grossly misrepresented the item's size,
weight, or the labor required.

If you arrive and the item exceeds your vehicle's capacity:

1. Do Not Attempt to Load.
2. Document it: Take a clear photo of the oversized item.
3. Cancel via the App: Select the cancellation reason for an oversized/misrepresented item.
4. Inform the Customer: "Unfortunately, this item exceeds the limits for my vehicle class. I have canceled this dispatch, and Buy N Go Support will contact you to
dispatch a larger vehicle."

Driver Compensation Credit: If a customer misrepresents an item and you follow the Mismatch Cancellation Steps above, Buy N Go will review the dispatch and issue a
Driver Compensation Credit to your Stripe account to compensate you for your wasted travel. The customer's account will be penalized.

7. Accident & Incident Reporting (The "4 Cs")

  • Check for Safety: Stop the vehicle immediately in a safe location. Call 911 if there are injuries or significant dangers.

  • Contact Authorities: For traffic collisions, you MUST obtain a Police Report. Buy N Go’s insurance partners generally require a police report for liability claims.

  • Collect Evidence: Obtain the other party's info and take wide-angle scene photos. If the cargo was damaged during the accident, take photos of the item inside the vehicle showing how it was secured.

  • Contact Buy N Go: Report the incident immediately by calling the Driver Support Line at 833-411-3444 or emailing support@buyngopickupanddelivery.net. Do not admit fault to the other party at the scene.

  • Damage Reports: If an item is dropped or damaged, do not try to hide it; photograph the damage immediately, inform the customer politely, and call Support at 833-411-3444. Support will triage the situation and, if necessary, issue you the official Incident Report Form to process the claim in accordance with our $0.60 per pound liability cap.

8. Communication, Privacy, & Dispute Resolution

  • All communication with the customer must happen through the Buy N Go app. Do not exchange personal phone numbers or retain customer addresses/gate codes after delivery.

  • If a customer becomes aggressive or disputes the condition of an item, remain calm and do not argue.

  • Refer them to Support by saying: "I understand your concern. Please contact Buy N Go Support directly through the app so they can resolve this for you."Leave the premises immediately and safely.
