A: We currently operate in the Tampa Metropolitan Area and surrounding counties, including Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Orange, Broward, and Miami-Dade. We handle local, intrastate deliveries within Florida.

3. Is Buy N Go a moving company?

Accepted Answer

A: No. We are a specialized delivery platform for single items or small loads (like a sofa, a fridge, or a pallet of lumber). We do not offer full-home moving services, packing, or boxes.

4. Does the driver bring the item inside my home?

Accepted Answer

A: No. To keep our prices low and liability manageable, Buy N Go offers 100% Curbside Delivery. Drivers will pick up and drop off your items at the curb, driveway, loading dock, or lobby level. Drivers are strictly prohibited from entering private residences.

5. Can I ride with the driver to the destination?

A: No. For safety and insurance reasons, customers are not permitted to ride in the driver’s vehicle. You must meet the driver at the drop-off location or ensure someone is there to receive the item.

A: No. Our service is strictly transport-only. We do not disconnect water lines, install appliances, mount televisions, or assemble furniture. Please have all items disconnected and ready for transport before the driver arrives.

7. Can you haul away my old furniture or appliances?

A: No. Buy N Go is a delivery service, not a junk removal service. We do not dispose of old items or trash.
